CMC completed the Phase II renovation of TxDOT's Northwest Houston Area Engineer and Maintenance facility. The work included building and site demolition, environmental abatement, concrete paving, curbs, sidewalks, equipment pads, masonry, interior improvements, and building-system coordination. CMC managed the work through disciplined phasing and communication, creating an improved operational environment while maintaining the safety and continuity of the active TxDOT facility.
