CMC delivered an addition and renovation to Gulf Coast Water Authority's Thomas Mackey facility in Texas City. The project expanded the administration building with new staff offices, restrooms, and a training room on the first floor, along with a new laboratory on the second floor. CMC coordinated the renovation and new construction to support the authority's ongoing operations while improving capacity, functionality, and the long-term performance of the facility.
