Christian Crenshaw is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CMC Development & Construction, a commercial general contracting firm founded in 2016 with a mission of Developing Tomorrow. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Christian has built CMC into a trusted partner for public and private clients across Texas, delivering projects that balance quality, efficiency, and long-term value.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Prairie View A&M University, as well as a Master of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Texas A&M University. His technical foundation, combined with hands-on leadership experience, allows him to guide complex construction projects from concept through completion while maintaining strong financial, schedule, and risk controls.

Under Christian’s leadership, CMC has expanded into multiple regional markets and developed a reputation for excellence in occupied-facility renovations, higher education, healthcare, municipal, and community-focused projects. He is deeply committed to building strong internal systems, developing future construction leaders, and leveraging technology and data to continuously improve project outcomes.

Beyond CMC, Christian is actively involved in workforce development and community engagement. He served as the Houston Chapter President for the Construction Industry Education Foundation and is a member of the Talent Committee for AEC Unites, advocating for education, access, and career pathways within the construction industry.
