Project Award: City of Leander Fire Station #2 Addition

We're excited to share some fantastic news from the CMC Development & Construction Austin team! After a competitive bidding process, we are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the City of Leander Fire Station #2 Addition project.

This significant undertaking involves expanding the existing fire station to better serve the community's needs. The addition will feature a dormitory area and an additional bay specifically designed to accommodate an EMS ambulance. With a project value of $1.9 million, this venture marks our inaugural #CMCAustin project, and we couldn't be more proud to be at the helm.

At CMC Development & Construction, we understand the critical role that emergency services play in keeping our communities safe. That's why we're honored to lend our expertise to this project, which aims to enhance emergency response capabilities in the Leander area.

The addition of a dormitory area will provide essential living quarters for the dedicated firefighters and EMS personnel who tirelessly serve our community around the clock. Additionally, the extra bay for the EMS ambulance will ensure that life-saving medical care can be provided swiftly and efficiently when every second counts.

As we embark on this endeavor, our team is committed to delivering exceptional results that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We're dedicated to working closely with the City of Leander and all stakeholders involved to ensure that the Fire Station #2 Addition project is a resounding success.
