CMC partnered with Bexar County to deliver improvements supporting BiblioTech's technology-centered approach to public library services. The project required careful coordination of building systems, interior construction, technology infrastructure, and specialty components within an environment designed for learning and community access. Through organized execution and consistent communication, CMC helped create a modern, welcoming facility where residents can access digital resources, educational programs, and new opportunities.
