CMC is delivering the Kitty Hollow Community Center for Fort Bend County as a new gathering place designed to support recreation, education, and community connection. Featuring mass-timber construction, the project brings together exposed structural wood, architectural elements, and integrated building systems to create a warm, durable, and distinctive public facility within Kitty Hollow Park. CMC's team is coordinating construction with an emphasis on safety, craftsmanship, schedule management, and long-term value for the residents who will use the facility.
