CMC constructed a new pool-support building at Northwest Park for the City of La Porte. The project included a pre-engineered metal structure with a concrete slab and masonry walls, restrooms, plumbing and electrical systems, office HVAC, parking-lot lighting, and coordination with the surrounding pool improvements.
