CMC delivered Restoration City Plaza as a new approximately 22,000-square-foot shell retail center on a greenfield site in Rosharon. The project included full site development, a water well and sanitation system, concrete foundations, masonry and stone-veneer exteriors, storefront glazing, rooftop HVAC, fire protection, site lighting, patios, permeable pavers, and utility rough-ins for future tenants.
