CMC renewed approximately 36,890 square feet of landscape surrounding the University of Houston Science Building 502. The project included removing and replacing shrubs and foliage, installing new grass and trees, reshaping lawn areas, and replacing an inoperable sprinkler system. Through careful site coordination and disciplined execution, the renovation created a healthier, more inviting campus environment that complements the building and improves the daily experience of students, faculty, and staff.
