CMC converted a former University of Houston medical facility into a 16,039-square-foot Human Resources Center. The project included complete interior demolition of walls, floors, and ceilings, followed by a full redesign with new MEP systems, an integrated IT and security network, and modernized interior finishes. The completed renovation created a functional, contemporary workplace that supports the university's employees and the teams dedicated to serving them.
