CMC delivered a 2,500-square-foot buildout for the University of Houston Parking Services Office featuring an open-plan workplace, multiple ceiling treatments, dedicated IDF rooms, and a call center with a TV display wall. Custom millwork, wall coverings, and a self-service kiosk established a distinctive and welcoming lobby, while card readers, cameras, and panic buttons strengthened facility security. The result is a modern, connected office designed to support efficient service for the campus community.
