CMC partnered with Turner Construction to transform a former vivarium at the University of Texas Medical Branch into 14,009 square feet of specialized laboratory and office space for the Institute for Drug Discovery. The renovation included major MEP and IT upgrades, enhanced ventilation and filtration, and precise environmental controls supporting advanced pharmaceutical and biomedical research. Delivered in coordination with AECOM, the project created a modern research environment built for safety, performance, and discovery.
